  1. Please proceed to the baggage claim area - Arrival Level
  2. Exit Door # A102
  3. Cross over the two traffic lanes to meet your JCN Driver at the designated Limo Area.

PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

AMERICAN | AIR CANADA

  1. Please proceed to upper departure level.
  2. Exit out of door B206 and go to the right.
  3. Walk to the center of the parking garage to meet your JCN driver in the Limo Area.

SPIRIT | UNITED | SOUTHWEST | ALASKA AIR

  1. Please proceed to the upper departure level.
  2. Exit out of door B207 and go to the left.
  3. Walk to the center of the parking garage to meet your JCN driver in the Limo Area.

PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

AIR LINGUS | CAPE AIR | *JETBLUE | TAP AIR PORTUGAL

  1.  From baggage claim, go up two sets of escalators to the pedestrian bridge.
  2. Go across the pedestrian bridge to Central parking.
  3. Go down the elevators to the ground floor
  4. Follow the yellow crosswalk to the end to the Limo areaNOTE: The Limo area is right next to the Uber/Lyft area

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS | HAWAIIAN AIRLINES | JETBLUE (INTL ARRIVALS ONLY | VIRGIN ATLANTIC

  1. Please proceed to the baggage claim area, Arrival Level
  2. Exit Door # E103 or E105, and cross over the two traffic lanes towards the base of the Skywalk Tower
  3. Meet your JCN driver next to the Skywalk tower's base at the designated Limo area.
