HOW DO I FIND MY JCN DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT?

Do you provide local taxi-type service?

We only provide local service if the reservation is round-trip with a three-hour minimum.

Do you provide on-call taxi-type service?

We only provide service for previously scheduled reservations.

Do your rates include gratuity?

Our rates do not include gratuity unless otherwise indicated.

What airports do you service?

We service most major airports in surrounding New Hampshire and in the South Florida area including BOS, MHT, PWM, PSM, LCI, PVD, BDL, LGA, JFK, MIA, FLL, RSW, APF, and PGD.

Do you provide service other than airports?

We provide a variety of non-airport services including weddings, concerts, and other special events as well as point-to-point service.

What is your refund policy?

We take full payment in order to hold the date(s)/times(s) and offer a full refund if 24-hour notice is provided.

What are your payment options?

We accept Venmo, all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Do you provide shared rides?

We do not provide shared rides. All rides are private.

Why do you only have silver cars?

We dare to be different! In our industry, most companies have black vehicles. When picking up at the airports there is a sea of black vehicles waiting in the limo lot. Having silver vehicles helps us stand out more so customers can find us easily.
